Just Think, Only 10  9 8 More Monthly Payments Until Your LANDLORD's Mortgage is Paid Off

You could be counting down the payments on your own mortgage, but not until you stop paying his mortgage down with your monthly rent check.  I know the thought of buying a house can be scary.  It's a lot  of money, probably more than anything you've bought before.

You want to be sure you are doing things right and taking advice from the right people.  Sure, it's easy to find a mortgage broker or lender who will tell you what kind of loan to get.  Alot of people who listened to lender's advice are facing foreclosure now.  Most of the websites for first time homebuyers are run by mortgage professionals, trying to lend you money.

Other sites are run by real estate agents.  Most agents have a very narrow view of how real estate should be bought and sold.  I am neither a mortgage professional nor a real estate agent, I am an investor.  No, that is not a dirty word.  I admit some real estate investors have given the rest of us a bad name, but I believe in dealing with people in an ethical manner to create win-win situations.  I believe the best way to do this is to know as many ways as possible to buy, sell and finance real estate.

That's why I created the First Time Homebuyer Forum.  I wanted to  provide a place where homebuyers can come for help when they are considering buying a home, a place where they can learn how to get the best deal for their money and the best home.

Don't get me wrong, I do have mortgage people and real estate agents I work with, and many of them contribute to the forum and are great assets.

I also have a six part email course on homebuying I will give you for joining the forum.  In it I will teach you things like:

    • How to buy a house without qualifying for a loan
    • 5 traps to avoid when buying your home
    • Market timing strategies used by investors to make killer profits
    • The secret real estate agents wont tell you about their contracts
    • How to buy a home with bad credit or no credit
